Q: Do you guarantee full-time hours?
A: As with all healthcare staffing firms, PEG Therapists does not guarantee full-time work simply because patient volume at healthcare organizations are constantly in flux – as their needs change, our staffing of their facility changes. We attract experienced, energetic, dynamic professionals who thrive in our caring environment, enjoying scheduling flexibility, a wide range of therapy opportunities and a commitment to supporting ongoing skills development. We match therapists' availability and expertise to available assignments. Our therapists are compensated hourly – at a higher rate than the industry average in the area – and are paid for the time that they work.

Q: What facilities/types of settings do you have contracts with?
A: PEG Therapists has been serving the St. Louis regional healthcare community with therapist staffing coverage longer than any other staffing company in the area. A: PEG Therapists carries professional liability for therapists when on a PEG assignment.

Q: Can I work weekends?
